Will it be a hassle to bring my pet?
Of course not! Petcampo will take care of all your worries! We have partnered with camping sites and can provide the most comfortable and convenient pet-only camping sites.
What special facilities and events we offered which different from others?
When we hold camps during summer, we will offer pets swimming pool and there will have professionals to help the pets swim, also we provides bathing areas to help your dog dry in time to ensure pet’s health.
All campsite provides facilities for pets o play. We will hold events like diy food for pets, also hold a running race or frisbee games for pets. Pets who come to our camp for their birthday will also get a unique arrangement and experience
How do I ensure my pet's safety?
You don't have to worry about your pet's safety during camping, as our facilities and pet safety products have been rigorously tested and the grass is regularly de-wormed and disinfected. We also provide a professional medical first aid service to ensure your pet's safety.
At the same time, we will ensure that the tents for large and small sized dogs are kept at a distance and that games and activities are held separately according to pets' size.
What are the opening hours and areas of the site?
Spring and summer are the main opening hours. Campsites around London are open all the time, you can make a reservation on our website. Moreover, we will cooperate with campsites in other areas every weekends, and there will be themed camping with local characteristics. Including but not limited to Edinburgh, Manchester and so on. You can follow the news on our website to make reservations.
What are the free and paid items in the camp?
If you just want to go for a day but you don't want to stay at the campsite then you just need to buy a ticket and if you want to stay for one night we have a price you can book directly on the website.
As long as you buy a ticket, you can join the activities we organize. All outdoor pet facilities are included in the ticket price. Additional items to pay for are pet swimming, pet bathing, diy pet food, and BBQ.
What kind of after-sales service do we offer?
If you have any problems with the quality or damage of your product, please contact
our Customer Service Centre directly for a refund or exchange. If you are unhappy with
the service you receive while camping, you can email or call our complaint handling
centre directly. We guarantee a great shopping and camping experience for you and your
pet.
Can I bring my cat to campsites?
Yes, of course! But consider of cats will feel nervous, we recommend they stay in the tents. And we will find launch cats products and keep finding ways for cats camping.
