When does my member points expire?
Members accumulate points are valid for one year and you will be reminded by email one month before they expire.
How do I earn points in member clubs?
When you join the membership, you can earn points.
For every 20 pounds spent by general members, you will receive 1 point.
Silver members earn 1.5 times more points than regular members.
Gold and diamond members earn twice as many points as regular members.
The points you earn will be added to your balance.
Do I earn points for purchases made before I joined membership club?
Purchases made before joining membership club are not eligible for points. This also counts any installments that you make after joining membership club, if the purchase itself was made before you became a member.
